本次行程运动强度较大，因此身体状况不佳者、使用轮椅或其他设备者、精神或身体残疾者、孕妇、可能怀孕者、由肢体残疾人协助犬（导盲犬、助听犬、服务犬）陪同者以及其他需要特殊考虑的人员，不予参加，望您谅解。
另外，18岁以下的出行者须提交亲权人的书面同意。15 岁以下出行者的亲权人必须指定一名成人陪同出行者一同参加旅程。请在此下载、打印、填写并提交未成年人旅行亲权人同意书及委托书。
