A journey through the Seto Inland Sea becomes a quiet pilgrimage to the places where art, architecture, and landscape meet in their purest form. From the contemplative geometry of Tadao Ando's museums on Naoshima to the organic openness of Nishizawa Ryue's Teshima Art Museum, each island reveals a different dialogue between human imagination and the natural world.
Across Inujima, Teshima, Naoshima, and Takamatsu, this itinerary traces living museums, open‑air installations, historic gardens, and contemporary cultural sites, weaving them into a slow, thoughtful rhythm of discovery. You will encounter the industrial ruins transformed by Sambuichi Hiroshi, the intimate heartbeats collected by Boltanski, the community‑rooted Shima Kitchen by Ryo Abe, and the timeless serenity of Ritsurin and Korakuen Gardens.
