プラン確定後、お申し込みの意思をいただいた時点で、ご旅行の大切な情報をまとめたお客様専用の特設サイトを作成いたします。なお、お客様のプライバシーを守るため、このページが当サイトの公開ページやディレクトリに掲載されることはありません。お渡しする専用リンクをお持ちの方（お客様、およびお客様自身がリンクを共有されたご同行者、ご友人、ご家族）のみがアクセスできる限定公開となります。
Upon confirming your intent to move forward with our itinerary and booking our services, we will create a dedicated, private webpage containing all the essential details of your upcoming journey. To ensure your privacy, this page will be hidden from public view and will not appear in our website's directories. It remains accessible exclusively via your direct link, which you are welcome to share with your travel companions, friends or family.

お客様専用の特設サイトに、ご旅行のお申し込みフォームがございます。こちらのフォームにご記入の上、送信いただくことで正式なご契約となります。フォームの送信を確認後、条件書に基づき、お支払い手続きのご案内へと進めさせていただきます。
On your dedicated webpage, you will find the application form for your journey. Please complete and submit this form to formally secure our services. Once submitted, we will guide you through the payment process in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Briefing Session
说明会
スムーズで快適なご旅行をお楽しみいただくため、ご出発の約2週間前に、お客様とご同行の皆様に向けた任意のご説明会（ブリーフィング）をご用意しております。本セクションは原則オンラインでの開催となりますが、状況によっては対面での実施にご変更いただくことも可能です。当日は、詳細にまとめたスケジュールのご案内に加え、その季節に合わせた持ち物のアドバイスなど、旅に必要な重要情報をご共有いたします。
To ensure a seamless travel experience, we offer an optional briefing session for you and your fellow travelers roughly two weeks before departure. While hosted online by default, an in-person meeting may be arranged subject to availability. During the briefing, we will walk you through your detailed, finalized schedule and share essential advice, including seasonal packing tips.
为确保您的出行体验全程无忧，我们将在出发前大约两周，为您和您的随行伙伴提供一场可选的出发前说明会。说明会一般以线上形式进行，条件允许下也能够举办线下说明会。会上将为您完整讲解细化后的行程方案，并同步包含当季行李打包指南在内的各类实用出行提示。
