Across Japan's coastlines, mountains, and quietly resilient towns, communities are reimagining how people can live in harmony with nature, culture, and one another. This 10‑day journey invites participants to step inside those living laboratories—from the smart‑city innovation of Fujisawa to the intentional lifestyle of the Konohana Family, from Shizuoka's centuries‑old tea culture to the creative revitalization projects transforming the Boso Peninsula. Rather than observing from a distance, you'll walk the fields, meet the practitioners, and experience firsthand how local wisdom and contemporary design come together to shape more regenerative futures. Designed as a field‑based exploration, this itinerary blend learning, cultural immersion, and hands‑on encounters, offering a rare window into how Japan's regions are crafting new models of community for the decades ahead.
